Pho Duy Information

Tucked into a small plaza at 902 W Drake Rd #1 in Fort Collins, Pho Duy feels like the kind of place locals quietly keep to themselves. It’s not flashy from the outside, but once you step in, the warm, no-frills atmosphere makes it clear that the focus here is squarely on the food. The dining room is simple and comfortable, with the gentle hum of conversation and the occasional clatter from the kitchen creating a laid-back, familiar vibe.

The menu leans heavily into traditional Vietnamese comfort dishes, and as the name suggests, pho is the star of the show. The broth is where this place really earns its reputation-rich, deeply aromatic, and clearly simmered for hours. Ordering a classic beef pho feels like the safest bet for a first visit, and it doesn’t disappoint. The balance of flavors is spot-on, with just enough sweetness to complement the savory depth, and the noodles come out perfectly tender without being mushy. Adding fresh herbs, lime, and a bit of chili lets you customize each bowl exactly to your liking.

Beyond pho, the menu offers a solid range of options that keep regulars coming back. The vermicelli bowls are refreshing and generously portioned, often topped with grilled meats that have a satisfying char and a subtle marinade that doesn’t overpower. Spring rolls arrive fresh and tightly wrapped, with crisp vegetables and a light dipping sauce that ties everything together nicely. It’s clear from both the food and the steady stream of diners that consistency is a big part of the appeal here.

Service tends to be efficient and friendly, even during busier hours. Staff members are quick to take orders and keep things moving, but they don’t rush you out the door, which adds to the relaxed experience. Many online reviews echo this sentiment, noting that while the service isn’t overly formal, it’s dependable and welcoming, which fits the overall tone of the restaurant.

The location in Fort Collins makes it a convenient stop for both locals and students, especially if you’re looking for something comforting without being too heavy. Portions are generous for the price, which adds to the value, and it’s easy to see why people return regularly. While it may not have the modern aesthetic of newer dining spots, the authenticity and focus on flavor more than make up for it, offering a dining experience that feels genuine rather than curated.

What People's Say About Place

Very quiet atmosphere, was seated basically as soon as we walked in. The food was amazinggg. I got the P7, Rare steak, and my sister got the P12, chicken, pho bowls. Bowls are decently sized but feel more like a general small size rather than a regular. Only thing is I wish there was a small option just for pricing purposes. My sister and I paid about $14 each for our bowls. Personally, I think it could be a little cheaper but other than that, everything was great !

We were going to another Pho place, but now this place has turn into our pho place all the time, the price is affordable and the food is delicious, the waiters have been super nice and the food always nice and hot. We like the Pho here and the tofu is delicious not weird rubbery.

This is the best Pho I've had in northern Colorado. I got the special-beef rice noodle soup + 1egg roll + 1 shrimp roll + soda, I got boba tea for $2 more. The egg roll and shrimp roll were really good and right out of the fryer. The soup has a good amount of protein, both rare steak and well done brisket. They gave me a mountain of vegetables; bean sprouts, jalapenos, and basil leaves. The service was really good, I got the egg roll and shrimp roll within 5 minutes of my order. I'd definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back.

Pho Duy delivers a comforting, authentic bowl of soup that warms you from the inside out. The broth is rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices, while the noodles are always tender and fresh. Topped with conservative portions of meat and a side of crisp, fragrant veggies, each bowl feels thoughtfully prepared yet customizable. The service is friendly, and the casual setting makes it a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or new to it, this place does not disappoint! The fish sauce was relatively standard in regard to flavor, but it still wasn’t too shabby. More redeeming were their appetizers and Thai tea which are all absolutely delicious - a vital component of the delightful dining experience.

The acoustic instrumental playlist of pop songs always hits while in slorpin some good ol pork n shrimp pho. One of my fav spots. Been coming since 2016

I got the large steak soup and chicken rice paper roll (spring rolls most other places I've been). The flavor was terrific all around! Completely satisfied as far as taste. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the "large" soup. I usually get a medium/regular but I'm glad I went with the large here. They were very generous on the noodles and limes which I was also happy with. Nothing to complain about enough to knock off any stars. I will definitely be returning! Attentive but not overly intrusive wait staff.

Great Pho! I love the frosted glass decorations and chandelier. These prices feel good coming from CA.

Second time eating here; the prices are great. I liked the taste of the broth. I did order extra steak but couldn’t tell the difference. Overall pretty good; I wish they gave me the extra steak as I asked!
